  • How do I set up an account on A Chemtek's website?

At this time, you must have an A Chemtek account to place online orders. To create an account, simply click "Login" located on the top right hand corner of the webpage. You may also create an account when checking out your cast, an automated prompt will ask you to create an account to proceed with order placement. 

  • How do I place an order?

A Chemtek accepts orders placed via our website, email or phone. To place an order, we require a purchase order, which includes a purchase order number (if applicable), shipping and billing addresses and method of shipment preferred. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

A Chemtek web orders can be paid via credit card through Paypal, additional fees may apply in accordance to A Chemtek's Terms and Conditions. To make payment via check, bank wire transfer or other payment method, contact us at sales@achemtek.com and one of our team members will help process your order with the preferred payment method. 

  • Can you ship orders outside of the US?

A Chemtek is committed to serving our customers both our US and international customers. We are able to ship our products all over the world as outlines in out Terms and Conditions. Note that for international orders, additional packaging costs and S&H fees may apply. 

  • Does A Chemtek ship to residential Addresses?

Due tot he nature of the products being sold, A Chemtek is unable to ship products to individuals at residential addresses. 

  • Are A Chemtek products in stock?

Product availability varies, and information is provided on individual product pages. Although we make every effort to ensure a continuous supply of our products, occasional circumstances may force us to discontinue or temporarily run out of a product. 

Product marked as "In Stock" may be available in our US or International facilities. Depending on the location of the stock, delivery timeline may range from 2 to 10 business days. To confirm stock location of a particular product, email us at sales@achemtek.com

  • When should I expect an Order Confirmation (OC) after placing a web order?

After placing an order through the A Chemtek website, you will receive an automated OC. If upon review, actual stock and availability differs from the information displayed online, a member of our team will reach out to confirm any discrepancies before proceeding with the order.
