Shipping  

In most cases, orders are shipped via FedEx according to customer location and the requirements of the product transported. Chemicals will only shipped to verified commercial addresses, A Chemtek reserves the right to request proof of address and deny shipment as necessary. 

Delivery

A Chemtek will, to the best of its abilities, supply the products and/or services within the provided time frame. In the event of any delay due to circumstances outside of the Seller's reasonable control, the Seller reserves the right to extend delivery time frame or cancel the order. Buyer shall not be entitled to refusal of delivery due to delays. 

Seller may, in its sole discretion, provide partial shipment of products and invoice as shipped. Buyer shall pay for quantity of product shipped according to invoices sent by the Seller until the order has been made whole.
